Hello to everyone out there, welcome to this weeks update on my Pozible campaign. We are already 3 weeks in and time is flying by. I’m trying to keep creative on these updates, so I thought I would do something different. I have also laid ‘Entitlement’ over the video, so I suppose you could look at this as a music video. Speaking of which, we are currently shooting a film clip for the next single. I don’t have an exact arrival time on this yet, but I can tell you it will be released within the next month before the campaign winds up in December.
So far we are making great steed on finishing this album. I only have 3 more songs to write/ compose/ record and then everything will be sent off to U.S based producer Tim Hanson at North Village Recordings, for mixing and mastering. I have had some great feedback on ‘Entitlement’ the single I released last week. Things have really changed since my last EP release in December. I knew while I was writing ‘Earth, Air, Fire, Water‘ that I was in a transition and now things are really evolving for me musically.
I have especially had fun so far writing the songs which pledgers have asked to be named after them. I set 3 of these rewards on my campaign ‘To have a song named after you’ and all 3 have already been purchased. I have been careful when writing these songs to not write about the person but rather from a distant point of view looking into peoples lives, emotions, things we really all share including intrinsic values. I have also just finished up the second international collaboration on this album with U.S artist EMFB. I released the first collaboration in May of this year ‘Road To Nothing’ with famed Iranian artist Salome Mc.
So far on our campaign we have reached over $2,100 in pledges! Thank you to all my amazing supporters out there. This really is only possible with you and I am honoured to share this momentous event with you all. This work will inevitably become yours as much as mine as we travel together. If you would like to get involved in my Pozible campaign or just hear my story then follow me here.
If you would like to join my mailing list for more direct updates on my music then follow me here. I will be back next week with more developments, for now I thank you, bless
If you have just joined me, then welcome! As some of you will know I launched my crowd funding campaign just 6 days ago to assist me in releasing my next album ‘Sides Of Me’. There has been so much support from people out there, that I wanted to give something back. So I am releasing another single from the album as a token of my appreciation.
I was going to hold off on sharing this song, Entitlement is one of my personal favourites from this album. But I would say that is even more reason to share it with you all! I will have a video update on my Pozible campaign up on Monday. So stay tuned for that too. I will have more details on how I am traveling then. For now I can tell you we have reached $1,210 so far! If you want a copy of my next album on vinyl I suggest getting in quick. I only have a limited run available at this stage.
“So many people will tell you ”no”, and you need to find something you believe in so hard that you just smile and tell them ”watch me”. Learn to take rejection as motivation to prove people wrong. Be unstoppable. Refuse to give up, no matter what. It’s the best skill you can ever learn.”

As I continue to put myself out there, I am astounded by peoples belief in me to succeed, and I will succeed. If you would like to pre order an album or get involved you can follow me Here.

Sparks touch stars to ignite creativity
As vibrant as the world is changing
Derive imagery, drives imagination
Although some say the colours fading
Old souls destined for greatness
It does not change us
We define age, as if numbers are related
Forgetting who we are
Blame is contagious
Driven by tangible temptations
While inspirations let to waste
Adult ideals outdated
All these faceless people, predominately jaded
We keep stories that can’t be replaced
Wonder where the next journey waits
Anticipation, completely engaged
See through a fake reality
Never ending Fantasia
So the question still remains…
How can my dreams be outdated?

A city full of strays, kids, thugs with blades
Drugs, rape, mugged, end up on the front page
Racial hate, people displaced, evil set in its place
And waits patiently for many are weak
Speak to me, I hear the whispers, here to teach
Heal the needs from cracked dreams
Fractured beings who wont believe
Regardless of my pleads
So I walk on
Words fall on deaf ears so I lost most my peers
Younger years, wonder how we got here
Lost, everything comes at a cost, it’s not clear
So I perceiver
Dear friends and family, I’m getting there gradually
Almost at my door, counting numbers, haphazardly
With a cautionary step, get to 20, take a breath
Now I can finally rest
Whittled, I work my way from the pavement
Definitions defined, stained from your wavers
Strained, estranged from my neighbours
Waking days, keep away, wait here with patients
White rooms, walls to talk to
While the awkward Voices stalk you
Misfortune we walk with caution
We taught to read an open mood
As night passes, lightning, light shimmers
Sinners, cry, denied, spiked by life bringers
Fallen views, unglued to a chosen few
Empty breath is a lonely view
Expressed, momentarily to get this off my chest
Wrists bled from work a falling mess
Bruised, call collect, heads up they said your next

We have had a wedge tailed eagle flying above our house for the past week! and today we saw it flying low above our house with its baby. This is amazing but what is really amazing is the relationship I have had with these birds since I can remember.
When I was a young boy, around 6 years old, my Grandad used to take me up to his property in Everton. He had a little cabin on the top of the hill with around 30 acres where he grazed cattle. A few meters from the cabin was a big old gumtree, With a great big nest perched at the top.
My Grandad told me it belonged to a family of wedge tailed eagles and later that afternoon we set out with a pair of binoculars, we drove around his property in his old F250 until we spotted a dark shadow in the sky, I remember the awe of seeing these massive birds in flight and became obsessed.
Collecting feathers and nagging my Mum to take me to healesville sanctuary when I couldn’t go up to the country. I started to collect books on birds of prey from then on.
The next year my Grandad bought me a pair of binoculars, which I still have today, I would sit up on his farm and watch the eagles all day for hours on end. Throughout the years when I have been completely lost or felt like giving up I would always see an eagle and not just any eagle but a wedge tailed eagle. Whether I be near the ocean camping or watching a sunset.
When I was 17 my Grandad passed away and I have always thought that he is watching over me through these magnificent birds, maybe he is. Right now I am the happiest I have ever been and I am seeing eagles at my home on a daily basis, I also believe these to be my spirit animals.
Thank you Grandad for instilling in me the appreciation for life at such a young age. I know you are with me. The world is full of beauty and mysteries, how lucky I really am.
This song is from my first EP “Inner Child” released in 2009. Reflecting back on this song and the visual imagery in this clip I can now see I was in a pretty dark place. In many ways this song has helped me to move on and discard past feelings of being alone and empty.
I guess this has become therapy over the years which has certainly healed my life in a backwards kind of way. I keep this as a reminder of how far I have come in my life and I am proud to share it with you
